Innovative Logistics Support Services (ILSS) is a woman owned small business with significant experience providing information technology services and products, program support services, logistics management, and facility support services including energy analysis. ILSS has been delivering successful turnkey solutions to its customers since 2003. ILSS has supported several major Government Service commands in the execution of over $41M in federal government projects.

ILSS provides Information Technology services that include planning, organization, migration, integration, maintenance, retrieval and dissemination of data to meet the diverse needs of varied user groups. ILSS offers a full complement of engineering services ranging from infrastructure engineering design, development, and implementation. Our experience includes the design and support of data stores that house multi-terabyte databases. We offer a broad depth of knowledge and experience in the migration, and integration of legacy system data to ensure continuity of mission critical data. As an experienced provider of full-cycle portal development services, we provide web portal services that facilitate remote access, communication, collaboration, and automation of business processes.

Through the process of partnering and working closely with our customers, we can identify their specific goals, business objectives, and unique requirements. In this manner, we participate in all aspects of a project from requirements gathering and analysis to the final stage of deployment, including upgrades, enhancements and maintenance. Based on the information we collect and compile, we create a project strategy and charter for our customers that results in a sustainable system which is designed for reliable performance, efficiency, and scalability to support evolving needs. 

In addition to technology services, we have supported critical logistics requirements to ensure serviceability and readiness of assigned clothing, Individual Protective Equipment (IPE), and systems maintained at wholesale, retail and consumer stock levels. These stocks are found at Marine Corps/Navy/Air Force/Army (wholesale), and all Services Operating Forces (retail/consumer), including Reserve (retail/consumer); and within specific areas of the Supporting Establishment (SE) such as recruit depots and schools (consumer). ILSS provides support to ensure the automated tracking of radioactive items in the Marine Corps inventory.   ILSS provides supply chain management, technical support,facilities management, maintenance, storage, training, shelf life management, and packaging, packing, handling, and storage.

Our experience includes inventory management of program items, and we perform requirements determination, order management, inspection and receipt, inventory control, in-stores care including shelf-life management, issue and distribution, lot number tracking, and establishment of reorder points.  Project personnel provide assistance in consolidation of inventory through the supply chain in order to identify availability of Marine Corps Assets for the Annual Report to Congress (ARC).

 ILSS has its headquarters in New Orleans, LA, and manages warehouse facilities consisting of 55,000 square feet in London, OH and over 4 million square feet in Montgomery and Dothan, AL. ILSS' project locations include New Orleans, LA, Camp Pendleton, CA, Barstow, CA, Albany, GA, Camp Lejeune, NC, Ft. Worth, TX, London, OH, and Okinawa, Japan.
