Marian H. Wallis - President

Ms. Wallis has more than 20 years of financial and business leadership. During her career, Ms. Wallis has contributed to the accelerated growth and turnaround of corporations in the high tech pipe manufacturing & distribution, oil and gas technology, computer technology, and finance and business consulting industries. ILSS benefits particularly from Ms. Wallis's ability to impact business profitability, to initiate change through skill and drive, to mobilize resources, to generate and synthesize ideas, to set plans into motion - bringing them to closure - and to structure and direct valuable contracts and agreements.

In October 2003, Ms. Wallis launched Innovative Logistics Support Services (ILSS), headquartered in New Orleans, La. ILSS delivers customized solutions, based on best business practices, to individual, corporate and government clients. Previously, in 1998 Wallis founded Innovative Strategic Advanced Systems (ISAS), a high technology company headquartered in New Orleans, LA, with offices in Maryland. Under her leadership, ISAS designs, and markets state of the art ruggedized portable test, measurement and computational products. These products are used for measurement applications in numerous markets such as: traditional test & measurement, military/aerospace, automotive, utilities, oil & gas exploration and marine/maritime. Ms. Wallis holds a B.S. in Economics from Duke University and several certifications in finance from her tenure in France. There she was employed by Banque Occidental pour L'Industris et le Commerce in Paris. And, later she was employed by Merrill Lynch, International in New York.

Tracey Hilborn - Operations Manager

Over 25 years of diverse experience developing business strategies, preparing cost and technical proposals, and project management with a focus on results and people development. Program Manager for two DoD subcontracts totaling over $8M and Assistant Program Manager for two DoD prime contracts totaling over $30M.  Ms. Hilborn leads development of operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission.  Hilborn provides suuport for ILSS' Human Resources and Safety functions at the corporate and project levels and serves as Facility Security Officer.  Ms. Hilborn has a BA in Management with Honors, American Military University.

Kim Chauvin, PMP - Projects Controls

Ms. Chauvin has over 18 years experience in the areas of project management and consulting for the telecommunications and defense industries, as well as experience consulting for non-profit organizations. Throughout her career she has consulted and contributed to numerous traditional business and philanthropic organizations effecting organizational process and productivity improvement.  Ms. Chauvin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a Board Member for the Baton Rouge Chapter of the Project Management Institute.
